Andrew Benedict
Andrew Benedict is a co-founder of Opvantek, Inc. He is also the creator and lead architect of the Optimain and OpCircuit product suites. Andy has over 25 years of experience in utility management, business process and information technology consulting, and software product development.

Throughout his career, he has worked on numerous consulting engagements, management leading, business process, quality and operational improvement initiatives within over 40 major utility and manufacturing companies. Through persistent focus on bottom line objectives, Andy has helped many of these companies achieve significant cost savings and operational improvements.

Some of Andy’s prior leadership positions include:
Numerous Project Management or Lead roles in over 30 consulting and Information Technology development engagements both as an independent consultant and as a principal of Vantage Consulting, Inc.
Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Utilities Consulting practice
Engineering, process and plant management positions for several manufacturing companies.

Andy has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. His academic pursuits continue to be risk management, finance and statistics. He has written numerous papers and has spoken on strategic asset and risk management issues in front of several leading industry groups, including GITA, EPRI, AGA, IGT and others.


Eric Kobosh
Eric Kobosh is a co-founder of Opvantek, Inc. His background includes over 25 years of utility industry consulting experience where he has led business process improvement and technology definition and deployment projects at over 50 utilities. Eric has broad in-depth experience with all aspects of electric, gas and water distribution utility operations, ranging from facility planning, engineering and construction to execution of field force optimization strategies, including customer service. He works with customers to identify and refine high level business objectives, technology requirements and key performance metrics, as well as supervises customer project planning and implementation strategies.

Some of Eric's prior leadership positions include:
Served as Project Manager or Lead Consultant on utility operations and management reviews focused on gas & electric distribution reliability, and business process effectiveness conducted on behalf of public service commissions in California, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas.  These assignments all required written reports and/or oral testimony.
As Vice President of the ASIST Corporation, directed the development and implementation of maintenance management systems at over 50 power plants.


Tony Sileo
Tony Sileo joined Opvantek, Inc. in 2005. His background includes over 10 years of utility industry consulting and software product development experience, working for companies like GeoData Solutions, Navigant Consulting, Smallworld Systems, and GE Energy. Tony is responsible for establishing Opvantek, Inc.'s overall product strategy, based on input from current customers and market research. He also leads the execution of our product development and customer delivery programs, oversees product architecture and design and finds time to stay abreast of the latest technology trends. Finally, Tony is guiding the establishment of Opvantek, Inc.'s evolving product management processes, aiming for an agile, repeatable and predictable methodology that can grow and change with the business
